Protecting the public sector from cybercrime
Cybercrime, including ransomware, is widespread and creating significant data protection and recovery challenges for many Public Sector organisations, but how do you ensure a breach doesn't bring your organisation down?
Public Sector Executive, in partnership with Pheonix Software, want to understand the challenges you face in the 'where', 'how' and 'when' you secure your data, to ensure that the correct systems and processes are in place to both identify, protect and enable organisations to deploy consistent best practice.
With input from Dell and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council), this survey is collecting the answers needed to keep your organisation safe as the whole world is moved online, but to do this, we need your help.
Many public sector organisations have sensitive information on their system, and mitigating against these risks are key to ensuring public services can continue to serve communities, whilst keeping your information safe.
Our survey only takes around 3 minutes to complete, we'll be using your responses to create an exclusive whitepaper on best practice when it comes to data protection in the public sector. To thank you for your time we'll also enter you in to a prize draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher!
Also, keep your eyes peeled for our Cyber and Digital section in the upcoming issue of PSE, with input from National Cyber Security Centre and a Senior Lecturer Cyber Security at The University of Salford.
