A) I was alerted to an article by a vendor (he had written the article). I've gone through the online version, and it looks good.

Q) How will the magazine help you in your role?

|
A) I come from private industry, and what I find in local government is that people need to learn from better performing councils; it happens in the private world all the time. Any time we can learn about current thinking and ways to serve citizens better, it is a good thing.
